Guest guest
Hi , Even though this has nothing to do with EFT I have learned how to talk to my heart to calm my ego down. What I do is put my hand on my heart and ask it questions....The heart really is like a second brain - it stores information and can see the big picture. Guest guest
Dear I'm no expert, and am working on a lot of things myself, but my theory is that if I am stuck, I go from the front backwards. So if my memories are not bringing up a SUDS level thinking of them, I bring up my 'goal' and see what the SUDS level is there, and it usually taps into the memory that I can't get 'over' but keeps coming up anyway. Sort of like, if I jump over the trees (theoretically) for a moment, I can see what the trees are hiding that I 'want' and that makes me focus more on the trees that are blocking the view and I can 'chop 'em down'. Mari ----- Original Message ----- From: Wood It seems to me that in the beginning I chopped down some huge trees, but there appears to be a whole jungle of little issues, but I seem to struggle sometimes even putting a label on them. Has anyone ever had any success with calming the ego down?
Guest guest
Hi Mo SUD stands for Subjective Unit of Distress. Put in plain English it means a way of measuring how much emotional charge you have over an issue. I.e. How angry do you feel about that issue on a scale of 0 - 10, 10 being furious and 0 being totally free of anger. It is a subjective way of measuring and checking progress as you tap the SUDs should come down always aiming at reaching 0. Guest guest
Hi Kat Welcome back... Lyn started a separate list for Emotional Weight Management and EFT. It¹s been very quiet lately, but there¹s a lot of info in the archives. Or you can send an email to the list and ask there ... Quite a few people lost a lot of weight.
