Hi Everyone,

25% of the people I see are for weight loss. I have not been writing

all the issues down as we tap but I have noticed a common set of

problems. The most common are using food to soothe, food to push

down the feelings, food for love, weight to hide, I'm not safe thin,

afraid I will just gain it back, etc. I frequently ask questions

like the above and have them rate the statement on a 0 to 10 SUDs

index. This allows things to move along very quickly, without regard

to which energy therapy I use.

My question is what have other people found to be consistent issues

with or about weight?
