Guest guest
When it's not safe or not socially desirable to tap for real, you could just imagine tapping. I do that a lot when out for walks and tapping and/or talking to myself might look a bit strange. (Then again, my town does have the State Hospital, and given some of the people who walk around town, tapping and talking to myself would fit right in!) Guest guest
Hi Craig came up with something where you can use intention to tap. You " imagine " yourself tapping on certain points with your hands. You have to have a good visual to do that. But you can basically " intend " for the areas to be tapped on while visualizing. You could try that and see what happens . Lyn --- veyoung52 <veyoung52@...> wrote: > > > Hi, what do you do when you can't physically stop what you're > currently doing and tap? Guest guest
Hi In situations like that, try ZPP (SharingZeroPoint/) It¹s something that uses intention to shift things without tapping. Actually works faster for me than EFT. Guest guest
Hi, You can also feel the points it does the same as tapping. Guest guest
I frequently use visual tapping when I wake in the middle of the night. If I try to tap physically it makes me more alert, whereas when I use the visual tapping technique I almost immediately fall back to sleep.
