I have been trying to get in more water. My daily intake looks like this. I drink 3/4c of coffee in the morning a bottle 16oz water, then about 20min later I have a 42gram protein drink and in 30min a yogurt. noonish I eat a salad or lean c. hour later 20.0z bottle of water I work on till almost dinner last night I ate almost 3 pieces of pizza not big ones, and I don't eat the back crust but I thought that was allot. 1 hour after dinner I start trying to get some more water in. what do you old timers think on where I am.
