Guest guest
Thanks Christa! Not sure it will work for me either, but I've been singing it for a week and will continue awhile; I have never had the discipline for a fast. Good luck with your weight loss! If (when) I start losing weight, I'll be shouting it from the rooftops! And even if I don't, singing the little song sure cuts down on my negative self-chatter, so it is having a positive outcome. Guest guest
Well, I am feeling inspired now , too. I gave up trying to fit words to something sophisticated and just came up with a beginning verse to sing to the tune of Old Mac Had a Farm.... " I weight one hundred forty pounds, that is what I weigh. My HDL is 68, each and every day. " I'll try that and see if the rest of the verse comes....I want to fit in some blood pressure numbers while I speak, and sleeping well and exercising (and enjoying it!) and calmly responding to situations that still can get me to spike anxiety and stress response. debbie Y > > Hello all, > > Thanks for the response to my little singing affirmation - its so much > fun! Guest guest
Go, Deborah! The words will come to you quite naturally and the song will develop. It took me several days to come up with the final version I sing now, so relax and enjoy. The only change I've noticed so far is a lighter attitude about life in general (as if that was a small thing! haha). I don't expect this to be the " overnight miracle " I've been seeking for so long, but finally realized that if I sing the song for 3 - 6 months (or as long as it takes), I'll wake up one day and realize that the miracle has occured - with perfect timing for me. Guest guest
Patti, thanks for starting that thread on ditties on the EFT Healing Highrise forum. Debbie, great to hear yours too. I do love this thread - it is sooo positive. Every morning, I wake up, and I say " In daytime and in dreams, magic and miracles are mine. " I got this from cards that were from the Silva Method, years and years ago. For my body, as I swim each day, and in the course of the day, I sing this little ditty, which I learnt in the workshops with Gersch , the founder of Kalos, where I got my training as a Health Facilitator and Applied Kinesiologist: Every little cell in my body is happy, Every little cell in my body is well! Every little cell in my body is happy, Every little cell in my body is well! I'm so glad, I feel so good, Every little cell in my body is well. Every little cell in my body is happy, Every little cell in my body is well! At the end of the day, and many times throughout the day, I acknowledge all the good I am receiving, and it's amazing how much more flows your way.when you take the trouble to say thank you often. Love, Dayu A little progress every day ..adds up to BIG results. At 09:34 PM 4/3/2006, you wrote: >Well, I am feeling inspired now , too.
