Guest guest
Well, I’ve been using them for years – more than ten – with no noticeable detrimental side-effects. No, I don’t sleep with an electric blanket (I live in south Florida), but when I lived in Pennsylvania I had an electric mattress pad that I used to warm up the bed before I got into it, then turned it off when I got in bed. Yes, I do have a microwave. I use it to heat up my heating pad. I also have a leather lounge chair that has a built-in heater and massage vibrator. And I use a cell phone, too. Maybe I’m dying slowly from all this rampant electricity around me and don’t know it.<G> Gloria, I didn’t know before, but there’s an outdoor one that you can use to repel whatever was eating your tomatoes. Sharyn From: health [mailto:health ] On Behalf Of SV Wonder what it does to the human electrical system? Hopefully you don't sleep with an electric blanket or heating pad and I'm sure you don't have a microwave.

I'll have to check it out. I was telling Carol that I saw a short segment on the tv news about a local farm. They had bars of Dove soap hanging on stakes situated all over the farm to repel animals. Later a friend of mine questioned what happened when it rained? Did the soap melt and go into the soil? I hadn't thought of that. Gloria...who still uses an electric blanket to warm up the bed before I get into it. I turn it off once I get in it.
