Guest guest Posted January 28, 2007 Report Share Posted January 28, 2007 I haven't lost for 2 days and I know that is probably expecting too much from my body, but come on, all liquids - the lb's should be FALLING off. I counted my calories for the last two days and I'm getting about 300-350 calories a day. I'm full all the time and I can't imagine getting more calories in. Is this my problem, too few calories??? I just crave for my stomach to grumble because it feels so good. I'm not sure what it is doing but I like it I eat until I have pain in my upper left shoulder and then stop. Any suggestions anyone?
