I am focusing on getting my family to eat more freshly cooked

turnips,greens like collards,winter squashs and

cabbage,turnips,etc.....I have acorn,calabaza,butternut and a few other

seeds already to grow next year!!

we learned how nice it is to have Cherokee purple tomatoes grow in the

back yard!!They are juicy; and the brandy boy hybrid is meaty and good.

I have started rhubarb and asparagus for the future.I have a few -8-

black walnut trees....it seems if we get plenty of veggies and fruits

we dont miss meats, and our alpha brain waves are higher.....

luv
