Guest guest
Hi , I can't help with the ear hook as I don't have that problem but I can tell you that some people prefer to turn the volume down on the processor when they first put it on in the morning and as their brain adjusts to the sound they turn it up to their normal range. I hope this helps. I had problem when I first worn my BTE and after about three weeks, I haven't worn the moleskin. Since then, there has not been a problem at all for me. If the noise is bothersome, just adjusting the volume. It is strange but I do not adjust my volume as I try to let my brain to adjust the sounds. Good luck! Debbie B. Guest guest
I cant turn the volume down on the BTE, it's already set, i can only control the sentinvity level. I can control the volume on the processor, and DO turn it down when I turn it on. alice <alice@...> wrote: Hi , I can't help with the ear hook as I don't have that problem but I can tell you that some people prefer to turn the volume down on the processor when they first put it on in the morning and as their brain adjusts to the sound they turn it up to their normal range. Guest guest
my auria is onnly set to control the sentinvity, not the volume, the volume is already set. After about 10 min of wearing it, my brain has adapted to it. It just hurts when I first put it on.
