True data on PEAT

Hi, list members,

Discussion lists are for exchanging knowledge, experiences and TRUE data. This

last element is very important. I stress this because recently a member of this

list posted something that is not true. He wrote that I claimed 100% success

with my clients and the same rate of success for the people around me.

I never claimed that. How could anyone claim apsolute success in any system ?

On my PEAT workshops, there is a part of it devoted to so called " dificult

clients " . One group of them are people which actually don't want to get better

(in this period of their lives), or want to attract attention to themselves

using the failure etc. The old saying goes like this: The wound heals only from

inside. If a person resists spiritual or therapeutic process, no one can do it

for a person.

Another group stays on the surfice (swim) and never go deep inside. It's another

group which I'm not successfull nor anyone else.

Usually, if after 15-20 minutes the client doesn't start doing the Deep PEAT

well, I stop the processing and tell him to find out some other system. On many

of my workshops participants had the opportunity to see such approach of mine. I

teach them to do the same.

I never heard of a system of therapeutic or spiritual practice which is

successfull 100%. Even such a great man as Meher Baba used to send looser people

home, which means he was not 100% successfull as well.

Another thing is desire of some people to be able to apply Deep PEAT using only

my Manual. They usually suggest to put more data in it and make it more

comprihensive. But in vain! Systems that go deep into human being, to the root

of problems or close to it, could never be completely covered by the book

knowledge. I have the manual of surgery, 2.000 pages thick. Did anyone learned

surgery using such voluminous work? Of course not.

There are thousands of books written on psychoanalysis, gestalt, primal therapy

etc. Has anyone learned to apply such systems well just studing those books. Of

course not.

So, please, stop repeating questions and remarks of that kind. PEAT Manual could

change one's destiny for sure...if it is the first step on the path of getting

the practical experience. The old wise saying points to the same: " A book is the

best friend untill you meet a man of knowledge " .
