Guest guest
Tracey, Sorry to hear of your toes cramping. Wonder if it is related to circulation. Things like cayenne will speed up the circulation. Are you able to massage them? Are you getting exercise? Maybe a nice walk with the kids can help. Not sure if it is a calcium problem but if so, I have been drinking green smoothies that I frowned upon, till I tried it: Carol's Green Smoothie pears apple slice lemon handful kale handful parsley without stems pinch of water for my blender Blend away. Comes out like greenish applesauce, but absolutely delish. Feel well. hugs, carolgRainbow Egret <egret.09@...> wrote: Been getting cramps in my toes for the past few days. What causes cramps? Guest guest
Thanks for this response, carolG. I’ve been waking up at night with cramps in my right foot. Sometimes the toes, sometimes the arch. Always the right foot. I was wondering what to take for them. How about magnesium, too? Aren’t cramps a sign of a magnesium deficiency? Although I take a lot of magnesium, so am not sure how I could be deficient. Sharyn
Guest guest
Carol, those sound delish, indeed. Why no parsley stems? They are better than the leaves, IMHO. Guest guest
Sharyn, Gosh, I don't have supplement suggestion but always heard cayenne great for circulation so that is why I thought that way and sitll do. Wonder if putting a pillow under toes would help at night. How about during daytime? Hugs, carolg..........feel well!!!"Sharyn E. Guest guest
I think it is probably that my diet is lackings seeing I have stayed so far from raw. I am getting exercise becasue I am trampoling, weight training and kicking and punching the boxing bag as well as crunches, dips, pushups etc just about everyday. I can't get Kale but I have to start making green smoothies again. Need to get some more mangos too. My fave melons are too expensive at present. Will make some guacamole later and put some cayenne in it. Have to build up on that one. Still got big jar plus another kilo sealed in a bag had heaps for Carl. Guest guest
Tracey, Can you get parsley or spinach to put in the green smoothie? How about growing some parsley inside like an herb garden? Great about exercise program. Feel well. Guest guest
Yes Carol I can get spinach and parsley. I have some organic Kale seeds (along with about 40 other various types of seeds) and we had a vege patch we started to dig but I can't keep the kids from playing in it. They all end up covered in dirt and mud everyday you should see how my beautiful little princess dressed in pink comes inside covered from head to toe in dirt. Guest guest
Tracey, How funny. The girls are exploring nature and come in visual signs--their dirty clothing. . Enjoy all the kids while they are home as they grow up so fast! Hugs, carolRainbow Egret <egret.09@...> wrote: Yes Carol I can get spinach and parsley. Guest guest
No cramps during the daytime, just night. Weird, huh? I’ll add some more cayenne to my supplements.
