Thanks Cherwyn that helps. I have Lugol's so I will go back to that and maybe add Iodoral for the convenience.

For what it's worth, Dr. Brownstein recommends Lugol's or Iodoral, since both contain the combination of both forms of iodine (iodine, and iodide) which together hit all parts of the body. The thyroid uses more iodine than any other part of the body, and must have iodide. But the breasts are the next-heaviest user, and use iodine. The rest of the body uses iodine. So Dr. Brownstein recommends that for total-body wellness, we use a combination approach, which is found in Lugol's or Iodoral.Of course, I'm just a beginner in this iodine thing (I'm new here to this board, as well! - Hi, everyone!! :-) ), and so I can't make any kind of personal recommendation. I just thought you might like to hear the opinion of one doctor who has used iodine extensively in his practice with, apparently, tremendous success. So I'm going by his guidelines, for now, until I learn more and might feel that I should make a change if necessaryCherwyn

Oh, I forgot to ad that I have had three fills. Two in the Seattle

area and my last one was with Dr. Aceves on Sept 2nd. He wouldn't

tell me how much he put in so at this date I do not know. He just

said you are restricted enough. MY GUESS... I think that I am around

2 point something but now sure. I feel really tight after a fill for

a couple of weeks and then it just opens up. Some days are tighter

than other days and I don't hardly eat anything those days and I just

go with it. Other days I " COULD " eat anything if I wanted.

Does that answer your question that you asked me?
