Guest guest
Hello everyone, Finally some sun here in the midwest (southern IN)! My husband and I both had the MGB (Sept and Nov 03). We submitted info to the insurance company but have received a reply I've not seen posted yet, so I'm looking for some suggestions.....They denied the claim saying we were not at least 100 pounds over their weight tables AND have a metabolic abnormality within the body. Well we definitely make the weight issue, but I'm not sure about the metabolic issue. I called and asked a claims rep what exactly defined a metabolic abnormality and she couldn't give me an answer. Any suggestions or experience with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks a bunch, Sharon in IN
Guest guest
Sharon, That is so crazy that you call the insurance company for an explanation and they CANNOT give you one. These insurance companies are too much. It would seem that if we call for an explanation we should get an answer to something that they sent to us. I know that that rep is not the one who denied or sent the letter, but I would think she should give some insight into the reasoning OR at least refer you to the appropriate insurance rep (or whatever the title) that COULD actually help you. I wish you luck and I sure hope you find out what that means exactly. Please post again to let us all know. That is a new one
