don't know, faith... when in Dec. did you have surgery? if you are

2 weeks out you can begin semi solid food like oatmeal cream of wheat

cottage cheese, peanutbutter on those crackers.

the citrucel.... it is (IMO) critical to digestive health and pouch

protection. i get up in the AM and mix my teaspoon with 2 ounces hot

tap water in a bathroom dixie cup and stir and throw it back in one

shot. i do it again before i brush my teeth at night. i use the

orange flavor and it is kinda like russian tea when it is warm

(tastes like tang) it doesnt get thick when in warm water. i now

you are tired of it, but try to get the citrucel in...... my gastro

guy told me if everyone began taking citrucel at 30 (daily) then he

would be out of business! he said 99% of gastro problems come from

not eating correctly and, thus, causing irreguularity-- be it

constipation or diarrhea which, in turn, causes distress strain and

irritation of the entire digestive tract.

so... go throw back the citrucel! you deserve to have it easy from

here on out!

be well

I hated the Citrucel too-I got the Citrucel clear and drink it in a sugar

free fat free hot chocolate twice a day and I don't even know it's in there!

I have also tried it with a cup of hot crystal light lemonade and it's not

bad. Good luck!
