Guest guest
Hiya CS Omega-3s (EPA and DHA) are anti inflammatory in addition to supporting heart and brain function. I used fish oil at 9 grams a day to achieve its benefits, now need less. Congradulations on getting the Mg to work for you, too. Over time, I think you will be pleasantly surprised at how much better your whole body works. Mg is responsible for about 300 enzymatic processes, amongst other things, like relieving pain, helping with sleep issues, keeping the heart beating right, etc. Don't forget that it needs B6 to really do its things.. Guest guest
Next weekend I will officially be living in North Carolina! I am so excited. The neighbors are very friendly and many are family members. Very country and very laidback. Just what I need. So, I hope to make the next meeting in Raleigh and see some new and old faces!! a
Guest guest
Menthol crystals for sure. Those are invaluable. They're a pain in the rear, but they really do clear a room of bugs fast. Using boric acid on the furniture. Epsom salts on my skin every day cleared them from my body, but the face was a problem until I started using castor oil. Having a kick-butt vacuum helped too. I vacuumed the walls and the ceiling and sprayed them down with boric acid spray. Laundry - using Arm & Hammer powdered detergent, and four Bounce sheets per load - expensive but worth it. > > > > Nice to see everyone - I am 99% cured. I haven't felt anything in weeks until night before last, when I got two crawly sensations, one on my face and one on my waist. I quickly showered and oiled up and haven't felt them again. > > > > I replied to a post I saw but it still hasn't come up and I'm thinking I messed up and it didn't go through, so I will state again here: > > > > Castor oil is NOT dangerous to you. Please don't make statements that are untrue. The plain castor oil that you buy in pharmacies and from soapmaking suppliers is not harmful to your skin, has no additives, and will help you with this problem immensely. > > >
