Guest guest
To get red blood cells do the following. Eat loads of brocolli, cabbage, collards, mustard greens as for veg. Then you can eat Molassas. Yep that is the old timey molassas. It is made with sugar cane cooked in cast iron pots. The iron is leached from the pots. You can eat 2 tablespoons a day. We put butter in ours and whip it up. Then put on toast. Yopu can put on waffles, pancakes are french toast. Doing this increase your iron fast and it is good. I know this cause I've had to donate to myself every 2 weeks( before having surgery). To get my iron up I did this. It worked. If you need more infomation leave a post. Guest guest
Nope sweets don't give me a problem at all. Matter of fact nothing does. I do have a wee bite of problem with Shakes from Mc D's are those things from Dairy Queen called blizzards. But if I eat them slow no problem with those either. I don't dump. So Molassas doesn't bother me. Sorry if it does anyone else. But 2 tablesspoon a day shouldn't give anyone problems. Just whip with some butter and give it a try. Can hurt once to see if it works. I have loads of old home remedies in my mind. My mother in law and grandmother taught me them. Guest guest
Yep thats fat! That is what we fondly call agent orange! It doesn't happen to me much any more. Since I am almost a year out. But, just last week I had a couple of fried grouper fingers when we went out to dinner and there it was again, nice to know my intestines are still spitting out the fat! Guest guest
Yes, we call it " Agent Orange, " and yes, it is undigested fat like you used to have with Xenical. It happens in the months right after the surgery, and then for many of us, it tapers off which in some respects is a bad thing, since having Agent Orange usually equals weight loss! I only got it a little bit in the beginning, and almost never get it now. Embrace the Orange! Joanie 5/25/04 Drs.
