I would suggest that the reason the tapping on the pain by your shoulder

blade did not help is there may be some emotional issues locking it in and

therefore until you deal with them no amount of tapping will get rid of it.

The very fact that it got worse when tapping indicates a core issue. I

suggest if it comes back you ask yourself what is the primary emotion

dwelling beneath this pain and what is the message this pain is there to

give.

If you can't immediately think of what may be at the root of this issue have

a go at tapping with a set up like:

Even though I don't know what is causing this shoulder blade pain

............

Or

Even though this shoulder blade pain has a message for me, but I am not sure

what it is.............

You may find that by tapping on this something comes up while tapping, pay

close attention to your self talk and senses when you do the tapping

sequence and whatever becomes apparent to you start to tap on that.

Hi Yitka,

Welcome. If you tell us all what language you speak, maybe someone on the

forum can help you in your native tongue. Or give you web sites in your

language.

It's great to know that EFT works even when we don't fully understand the

language.

Dear Judy, thank you for your invitation to your group. I don´t think anybody

could help me with the language, because my native language is not widespread. I

use two very similar languages czech and Slovak, because I live in one part of

former Czechoslovakia. I browsed through our websites but nobody has mentioned

about EFT here in our region. Even I have never heard about it from anybody here

so I tell nobody about it yet because people could think I´m completely mad.

Only person I told about my new find on the net is my adult daughter but I think

she was listening to me with an indulgent smile… But it is O.K. with my

understanding of english. I can understand text I only don´t understand

speaking. You know, I´m not talented on it. Perhaps one of my many negative

thought.. Perhaps I ´ll manage to cure it by tapping. I will search if

anybody has tried like to unblock blocked mind for foreign language. Thank yor
