They say my heart is fine but have never checked out the lymph. I will soak

in an epsom salt bath tonight and I do have a lobelia tincture and I have

ginger tea. I also have cayenne capsules. I also have turmeric I think. I

have some devil's claw too. Maybe I'll try that. I do have heat and ice

pads for the pain and I believe I have a low metabolism because of the

narcotics I take so if I'm off them then maybe it will go up a little.

We'll see. Thanks for the advice.

Lynn

Hi Lynn, Sorry been camping... I would take the tumeric and MSM (powder fom, but you can make your own capsules).. several times a day for awhile.. Also, thanks to Gloria... I ordered a product that is Pharmacutical grade liquid glucosomine.. it did take 3 wks but the pain in my arm and shoulder are gone... I find out tomorrow what the MRI says.. I still have numbness.. but I noticed my knee has even gotten better and is not restless at night at all anymore... Don is right about going to more raw and greens. and supervision while getting off the drugs.... and do do a cleanse. The product I ordered was Syn flex 1500. The Syn-Flex really worked???? I'm surprised but not surprised, if that makes sense. It worked wonders for a client of mine with severe arthritis (and it took about 3 weeks with him too), and it's great to hear it helped alleviate your pain too!
