The lessons being learnt are many, but first and foremost is one that allows you to understand the power of thought. Many have doubted that creation is greatly affected by such simple things as your thoughts, but as time speeds up you are beginning to see the evidence of it before your very eyes. Secondly is the power of love and particularly compassion, which have been awakened in many people through the recent events upon Earth. The wars and natural occurrences such as the tsunamis have left their mark upon you, but your response to these has shown your natural desire to help others when in need. Gratitude For Who You Are

Feeling attractive to yourself is healthy and self-affirming. Being enamored is a step toward being narcissistic, which is very unhealthy and self-defeating. Another way to look at this is the difference between proud and pride: Being proud of yourself (as a parent feels about a child) is empowering. Having pride means you're so convinced of being right that you can't learn from others, which depletes your power

Key Points:

1. It takes courage to look at the items that get in the way of being attractive to yourself. Remember, they are only items on a list! Start looking at them objectively and you'll be able to deal with them.

2. Stop doing what is bad for you and start doing what nourishes you. Acknowledge yourself as valuable and then give yourself the care that something valuable deserves. Do this in all four arenas of life: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical.

3. Stop trying to meet others' expectations of you and start meeting your own. Become aware of the shoulds in your life. 99% of the time, these are other people's expectations. Let these go as quickly as you can.

4. Stop comparing yourself to others and start identifying your own measures. Reference points are fine, but when you use these points to build up (or tear down) your self esteem you become dependent. And being dependent is definitely not attractive!

5. Stop trying to become somebody and just be yourself. This isn't about not developing yourself. It's about not trying to be somebody else. (Author Unknown)

Neutralizing Negativity & Preferring Positivity

The reason many of you have felt great complication in your physical experience is because you have become such passionate observers, and as you observe, whatever you are observing dictates your vibration. You are, for the most part, vibrational reactionaries. Whatever you are observing is vibrating. You observe it. As you observe it, you include it, and then you vibrate there, and then you say, "That is a very bad thing. That thing has made me feel very bad. That thing should go away. We should have a law. We should do something to separate that from me, because as I observe it, I don't feel very good." And what we are wanting you to realize is, it's not about needing to deal with all those things.

Through your vibration, you communicate with All-That-Is. Everything in the Universe has a vibrational basis, and it is through your vibrational offering and by the powerful Law of Attraction that you come together. Are you wanting to deliberately offer your own Vibrational Tone? When you are remembering, you are offering it. When you are imagining, you are offering it. When you are observing, you are offering it. This vibrational offering, sort of like a radio signal, is projecting from you at all times that you have conscious awareness. You are always projecting your signal, and the Universe is always responding to it. It is always true that what you think and, therefore, what you feel, and what you are getting back in terms of manifestation are always a vibrational match, and you are wanting to begin to deliberately offer your vibration. We call it setting your own Tone.

Many of you who are students of, and teachers of, Deliberate Creation are coming to this strong desire of projecting your own deliberate Vibrational Tone. And what that really means, it's a rather simple transition for most of you, it means that you must deliberately make the decision that you will offer your vibration by deliberate intent rather than by default. Rather than perceiving or flowing on purpose, creating deliberately, most are perceiving in response to the reality that they observe, creating by default.

All things come to you in response to your vibrational offering. And so, we think it would be a good idea to pay attention to what you are offering, vibrationally, but we also think it is a good idea to evaluate the content of what is manifesting, in order to understand more clearly what your offering has been. Don't be guarded or protective or worried that you might offer a vibration that might net you some result that you don't want, because if that were to happen, you would now stand in a new place with a clearer idea of what you desire. Write it on a piece of paper & keep it where you’ll repeatedly see it & it’ll re-mind you to remember to “spend your days in praise.†You will feel yourself filling up with the energy of gratitude as you consistently use this phrase throughout your day. Fill your nows with “wows†by routinely using this phrase of praise.

(2) Use this “phrase of praise†as a mantra in the “nows†throughout your day. Concentrate on your breath as you visualize filling up with the essence of this phrase and then breathe out and imagine releasing all that is NOT who you truly are â€" returning it to Source with gratitude, for all the lessons attained and the many strengths gained from the polarity initiation process of its passing presence as a chapter in your life. Now breathe in your next chapter, breathe in this “phrase of praise,†turn the page and let it in.
