Guest guest
Janice, As far as I know only use of baking powder is to bake with. Check the can to see if other uses. It won't help you with mold or anything. Baking soda is that Arm and Hammer stuff and can be used for a wide variety of cleaning jobs. It scours very well without leaving scratches. I use to get bird dirt off of my car finish without leaving a scratch for example. I use it in bath, laundry. Since it is a 'sodium', it softens water and makes it 'wetter', helps to get things much cleaner IF you otherwise have hard water. I have hard water so makes big difference. If you have water supply that has water softener in it already, probably not needed. I used baking soda to wash with along with borax. Then I use vinegar in rinse water. No use using them together since I think acidity of vinegar would cancel out alkalinity/saltiness added with baking soda = cancel the water softener affects of baking soda I think. --- In , Janice Ashby <oneplanet4life@y...> wrote > By the time I was almost tipping the baking soda I > just purchased from the health store into the glass > jar for my shampoo (I mix a few sprinkles with Bragg's > ACV) I realized I brought Baking Powder. > > I don't want to type too much, but is baking powder > ONLY for baking, any ideas if you know off hand? > Thanks. > Janice. >

Guest guest
Thank you, . I am very much into raw organic fruits and vegetable and I get them from an excellent online source. My problem is that most water measures 5.5 pH and frankly, I don't see how one can get their pH up when they saturated their body with acidic water. Even the spring water and others are 5.5 pH. I am thinking of getting a Kangen water machine. I am not sick in any way. I don't take any drugs. It probably helps that I take the many supplements I take. I realize I have to bring my pH up if I want to keep from being sick, however. Guest guest
The Jupiter worked great. You can set it to level of alkalinity that you want. We stopped using it because I was concerned about the flouride in the water that cannot be filtered out. So we bought a countertop distiller and use that instead. I do not think you could take a bath with it. It comes out very slow to fill a bath unless you are talking about a whole different kind of machine. The one we had sat on the counter next to the sink and you could turn a knob and switch it from the sink water to the ionized water. You are better off just taking magnesium baths or h2o2 baths. Or you could use the miracle II products. -- Re: [ ] baking soda Thank you, . I am very much into raw organic fruits and vegetable and I get them from an excellent online source. Guest guest
Hi Actually, I wasn't planning to fill the tub from the water machine. The way I figured it is that if I made some 9.5 alkaline water, I could pour a quart or a gallon into the tub to increase the bath water's alkalinity. I have used the Miracle ll products and they are awesome and I would continue to use them but they do not make the water 7.0unless you pour a cup or two into the tub. Someone mentioned some drops that would make the water alkaline but I don't remember the name of them and where they got them.Helen susan <ssiegel5@...> wrote: The Jupiter worked great.
