I know that there are some Abesters out there who are also into EFT,

BSFF. I was contemplating them all the other night, after reading in

Abe's new book, and I was struck as if by lightening with this thought.

Dovetail Abe's message with EFT, BSFF.

Abe says we can have anything we want IF we become a vibrational match

to it...which means ..if we get rid of our resistance to it.

With BSFF it is not necessary to know exactly what the resistance is for

BSFF to work.

With EFT we can also tap away 'resistance'.

Basically, I'm thinking and experimenting with taping, using BSFF to

manifest 'ala Abe.

To this end I have also decided to be very grateful for commercials. Now

my TV time is so very productive as I tap during the commercials.

I also learned, while I was tapping that resistance really means fear in

my head and so now I alternate the words fear and resistance.

I have seen evidence that this technique works but it is a new process.

I would love it if someone else would take up the process and see what

happens. Feedback is always welcomed.

Hi Cary,

This makes perfect sense. We could listen to a Abraham tap and just tap. I

don't have any Abraham tapes, but I have some other motivational stuff -- I

will try it.

The discussion of Abe, EFT and BSFF began with my thought that Abraham

and that EFT and BSFF are great tools for alignment. I discovered that

what Abe calls resistance, I call fear and I feel the fear and tap

through it. Alignment also comes more easily when I do BSFF on the

situation. They all dovetail for me very nicely.
