Sometimes tapping on one thought brings the number down on another similar thought. CAROL HENDERSON
Guest guest
Carol, do you also do the whole basic recipe while walking? I keep my cards with me so that if anyone ever asks what I am doing, I can give them my business card and explain what I am doing, but no one ever has. Guest guest
Thanks Carol I understand what you said and you are right, I do tend to over complicate things. It's my engineering background. Dig to the last element. From this point on I will go with my flow and stop trying to force concentration on any one thing. Roy
Guest guest
Hi Endora I'm happy things are working for you. :-) Keep working on the remaining issues and they will collapse also. Now for 's Cd's. I have never seen them for sale for any less money anywhere. I wonder though if you realize that if you buy two sets you get a 40% discount, I think it is, on the total cost. I bought the first two sets and got them both for just a little more than the cost of one if I bought it separately. Believe me Endora, the cost is well worth it. What I am getting out of these Cd's fantastic. Roy

Guest guest
Endore Well without having studied them all I recommend ALL of them. Only get the ones you want as you may not want to go as far as being an EFT MASTER. The Cd's are listed in the order they are to be used, learned, studied. Top one first. I bought the first two and got the discount. I'm glad I did. What I have learned is really helping make me HAPPY and get over my life's worth of mistakes and remembering the WRONG STUFF. Guest guest
Endora, I don't do the 9 gamut ever, anymore. I always tap on the Karate chop, not the sore spot. I almost never tap on my fingers. I do Karate chop, top of head, eyebrow (I do both eyebrows at the same time) outside of eye, under eye, under nose, under mouth, under collar bone and under arm, then I go back up. I know that is not the way does it, but I had a client who was a massage therapist who told me it is important to go back up. I do that always and also with my clients. I think it eliminates more unwanted feelings faster to go back up. I think that is the shortcut, not doing the 9 Gamut. Guest guest
my short sequence is eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, under mouth, collarbone, under arm, side of hand, which is the improved short procedure gary recommends in his new book " The Promise of Energy Psychology " . for my long sequence, for clients with a complex issue, I use eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, under mouth, collarbone, under arm, under ribcage, little finger, middle finger, index finger, side of thumb, back of hand ganut point (tapping), side of hand (karate chop), forehead (third eye) and breastone (heart chakra). I got this from Fred Gallo's book " Energy Tapping " . I almost always use the traditional sore spot for the setup. the karate chop can get them to a neutral point, but the sore spot seems more effective in my experience at opening up clients to their vulnerability, which gets a deeper surrender and therefore more self-acceptance. I don't do 9-gamut procedure anymore. I never liked it much myself and always felt wierd teaching people to do it. what I HAVE found incredibly effective though is RUBBING the 9-gamut point VERY slowly. I use it when the client is experiencing WAVES of emotion coming up fast, having them rub that point so slowly their fingers are hardly moving, and that eliminates the feeling incredibly fast, the feeling just disappears like it was never there, like somebody pulled the plug on it, and it stays gone. it's quite remarkable. charlie
Guest guest
Thanks Charlie! I would just like to add, if you use EFT religiously, as most of us do on these groups, I would recommend tapping both sides and not just one. My old way, I tapped on the right side of my face & the left side of my body. When, I tested my meridians individually, they were strong on the side I tapped, and weak on the side I didn't. Since, I have tapped on both sides, this is no longer true. I relate it to, you wouldn't just lift weights, with one arm, and not the other. I do not feel it makes a difference in clearing an issue, although there might be faster results with a pain issue, to tap on the side of the pain.
