If I feel particularly " stuck " I will tap on the points on this inside of the

ankles, but no other points. Haven't needed to use these ones with clients yet

though.

Hi All :)

Just curious. Does anyone tap on their feet or legs. I've been

wondering about that lately as most tapping seems to be done on the

upper body. I realize the " convenience " thing and maybe some people

can't do their legs or feet comfortably, but I was wondering if

anyone knew why there aren't any points for tapping there if someone

wants to.

Warmly,

Lyn

Hi: There are points to tap on you legs and feet. You can find these points on

many web sites. I will send you a great site when I get to my main computer at

home. They are as important as the upper body when you are working on Diabetes

or circulation problems in the lower extremities.

Hi Lyn

I have used the tapping points on the legs and heard on one of the

Craig tapes that the top of the head and the two points on the legs cover

all the meridians that the short cut sequence do.

The points on the legs are inside leg just below the knee and inside leg

just above ankles.

I am sure there must be many meridian points on the feet, but have not heard

of them being used for EFT. When I have acupuncture I always have needles

in my feet and reflexology works entirely on the feet parts of the feet

corresponding with the organs and parts of the body. It makes you wonder

whether you could do an entire sequence just on the feet!

Take care

I practice Reflexology as well and yes there are many meridian points on the

feet. It would be interesting in a " foot routine " was developed as I could

offer it within a reflexology treatment!!!

Hi

As you are a reflexologist you know where the meridians are and what they

correspond with you could probably develop your own tapping routine!

Take care
