Drink two times more clean water than you are use to.

You can without fear use:

parasites cleanse as described by Hulda

lemone-olive oil drink

castor oil packs

flaxseed oil + cottage cheese

vegetable juices

and then

gallstones flush

The earlier you dod it, the better for you.

Do also some foot masage every day (walking barefoot on the stone beach, or

improvising beach inside your room, with small stones on the flore)

Hi, can I get these recipies in printed form instead of printing out at the

healthfree site? A booklet or something. And I thought that the lemon/olive
