I'm going to my Mom's for Christmas, she can fix almost everything. I

If nothing else have a lawyer right him a serious letter listing all the things he has done wrong and caused harm, not only physically but pain and suffering mentally to you and notify him that you intend to bring suit, many times they would rather settle out of court. Maybe you'd get enough to get your debt paid off and enough to go see Dr A and get it put back on.
