Guest guest
I dont think we are that way here. It is such a pleasure to hear that any brand is great. Guest guest
Phyllis, That has been my impression over the past few months I've been on this list. As has been said before, you can't go wrong with any of the 3 implant brands. They're all designed to help you hear and that's what is most important. Guest guest
That's what CI Hear is all about. No one should imply that another person's choice is wrong. We are all individuals and freedom of choice is our right. The implants are modern day miracles that change lives for the better. The right choice is the one that fits your particular needs the best. You can't go wrong and most certainly are giving yourself a wonderful gift. I have left other lists because of the partiality shown. That's really why CI Hear exists. I could no longer stand what I was reading. That is also why the rules are somewhat strict here and they are inforced. Alice > > I dont think we are that way here. Guest guest
and we all do our best to make them work for ourselves. I cant imagine what someone else is hearing and I know they cant imagine what I am hearing. We just do our best and work with what we have. I love music, sounds of children laughing, just anything and everything that I can hear. It sure makes life worth living again. Guest guest
Alice, I don't want to embarrass you but I think the success of a list (or lack thereof) has to do with its moderator. I think you do a great job! I've been on lists that have been riddled with spam and members who attack each other. This is one of the few lists I'm on where none of the above is true. We're here to make everything go as smoothly for you as possible. N24C volunteer implanted 9/28/00 4 yr anniversary on Tuesday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In a message dated 9/24/2004 9:28:42 PM Eastern Standard Time, janet_mueller@... writes: I have to agree with on this: I appreciate the way the people here post their experiences on their brands without pushing that brand on others. It helped me to make my decision: I'm going with the Nucleus. Janet

Guest guest
Hi Janet, I understand how you feel. <smile> When I looked over the company brochures back in June, I was set on one implant brand but changed my two months later. Now you can sit back, relax and enjoy the rest of the journey! <smile>
