You have to register first. When I borrowed it from them a few years back I could not find it in their online catalog but emailed them and arranged it. I received it shortly afterwards. It is an excellent service. I already ordered that movie few moment ago, and also, I already order another 2 more videos about cochlear implant, and I am expecting to recieve them next week. Yes, I have been with CMP for about one year and it is wonderful for me and helps me learn things, inlcuding how to make friends! Thanks againa and helpful information.
