Guest guest
I keep getting boils on my chin... I just went through a bout with boils. I started taking liquid bentonite clay about 5 times a day followed by a glass of warm water. It goes through the system and absorbs all bacteria in any location. Really good for boils. I also took Vit. C (powder), about 3 tsp. a day. Drank carrot-beet juice and lots of salads and veggies. Please keep off the sugar when you're dealing with boils as sugary foods cause the bacteria to multiply. Using a bentonite clay pack right on the boil is great to bring it to a head so it can drain. I find boils form when I'm under stress and my immune system get compromised. Gloria

Guest guest
Your age may have something to do with it as well. Women 35+ get more outbreaks on their chins then younger women. If this is the case for you Jina, it may be hormone related. Try to resist squeezing it, and follow some of the great advice on this list. I hope it goes away soon hon.
