Guest guest
Long time vegan like Gloria, but not the dairy route except after watching Oprah yesterday with Gail, her friend, traveling around for the best pizza, temptation was here yesterday. I have no mercy for wasps attacking my dog's meat outside. I must protect the dog, being family, so I have to kill with spray. No guilt yet. OT: , one of these days yes getting together would be great. Waiting on arrival of grandbaby anyday who will be local too as opposed to my Texas doll. carolgGayla <aeranch@...> wrote: I don't carry moths outside, but if a bee gets into the house I show her the way out with my mind. Guest guest
If they go to a window you can put a glass over them then slide a piece of paper under the glass. That's one of my favorites! (and I thought I figured that one out all by myself!). I keep a small empty plastic container close by when I'm in bed in case I have to unexpectedly capture something. Then I use a piece of paper or thin piece of cardboard to slide under it without breaking the critter's legs or wings. Very carefully. Then, outside he/she goes. Guest guest
For some reason we get an infestation of flies at Christmas time every year and I discovered Christmas cards make great fly catchers and it doesn't injure the flies. I get the flies in the Spring. Don't know why. Flies are the hard ones for me to catch. Many times I don't even bother. I try to get them a window, but I'm only able to catch the huge ones. They are just too darn fast. It seems later in the season they slow down and are easier to corner. Gloria
