I am forwarding this email from another group. This pertains to

Australia in particular but the USof A uses the same crap in their

foods. Just something for everyone to research and build on their

knowledge base of what they put into or don't put into their mouths at

meal times. It also deals with household chemicals.

Some interesting information for all of us.

Don Quai

for those who are interested, RPA hospital in Sydney has a book

called

Friendly Fooods which contains information about chemicals of the

natural and not so natural kind in our foods.

It is the work of their allergy department.

Another series of books are the Fed UP books by Sue Dengate (you may

have seen her on A Current Affair or Today Tonight talking about 282

in breads and other bakery items.

If you go to

http://www.fedupwithfoodadditives.info/

you'll see the basics of what she does, and some of her links (see

bottom right hand referral bar)

sensitivities: the Allergy, Sensitivity and Environmental Health

And of course, if you want to MAKE YOUR OWN LAUNDRY DETERGENT,

the most quoted recipe is at

Or just use the sunlight laundry saop that grandma used.

But -do- make sure the grater you use for your soap is a good strong

one.

And make sure you wash the soap off -really- well before you start on

the vegies for dinner!
