Guest guest
If you think 's folks were bad, my bro and his wife let their kids ACT as though they were adults.....they were in every conversation we had.....when we spoke about past times and things you don't necessarily say in front of children, they were sitting right there and putting in their two cents as though they were our equals!! My nephew, who is 18 and 's age (my oldest), took over my computer and changed my screen saver, fonts and other crap....when I caught him doing this, I said " what the hell are you doing? " What does that Catholic school teach you about manners anyway? Both kids chimed in " NOTHING " .......I told him heaven forbid I ever went into his room and fooled around on HIS computer! My SIL said " oh, he'll change it back...he knows how to use it! " Not the point!! The point being is to respect property of others!! I told him he had to ASK next time!! Problem was, the computer and desk is in living room within easy access.....not in bedroom or a private place........anyway, let me sign off for now....I'm getting steamed up everytime I think about what I went through!! Guest guest
Well, now I've heard everything! My brother emailed me and said he was " sorry is causing so much trouble at home " , because my Dad told him we are still having prob's with the med thing! He continued by saying " he should be in a camp/school away from home with room and board " . This is from a DOCTOR, no less, from someone who's answer to everything is " put them in a home " ......my Dad, who was hospitalized twice, as you all know, for cong. heart failure, recouped at my house, while brother was trying to get him declared " medically incompetent " and desperately tried to convince the hospital social workers here that he needed to be in a home!!! I just don't know......my Dad calls him and an ordinary conversation about and how he's going to the respite group home for occasional respite turns into this ugly remark! I know I just just blow him off, but I'm trying real hard to keep it all together for the sake of my Dad, who thinks family should stick together no matter what. I don't want my Dad's last years to be spent worrying over his kids' fighting all the time, but at the same time, my brother is eating my heart out with his hurtful advice of which he knows nothing about. It's times like this when I wish I had no family........

Guest guest
Dora, Correct. Dr. Facer semi-retired, working part time in Arizona. His daughter wanted to be cochlear surgeon like her father but don't know if she did. Both she and her father were neat people.
