Guest guest Posted September 13, 2006 Report Share Posted September 13, 2006 Coconut Smoothie 10-12 ice cubes 1 cup of water 1-2 tablespoons protein powder (like complete nutrition) 1 tablespoon Virgin coconut oil 1 tablespoon flax seeds ground 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 3-4 tablespoons coconut flour (more if you want it thicker)Place all ingredients in a blender and process at high speed until well combined.
