I went back to my old bad eating habits, fast food, the whole routine. Eating for comfort as I went thru some very hard times the last few months. But.... I'm happy to say, that within the last 2 weeks, I've managed to drop 4lbs and am slowly regaining my " good " eating habits again. It's definitely upsetting, but isn't the end of the world, and definitely doesn't mean the surgery didn't work. Stay on TRACK!!!
