Guest guest Posted November 20, 2004 Report Share Posted November 20, 2004 You don't know how encouraging it is to hear of someone who plateaued for so long and then continued to lose weight. It really gives us all hope. I have started losing again at a slow pace but the scales are moving and you know how great that is. I really believe it is because I added walking on the treadmill to my exercise. I had been swimming 40 mins a day for 5 days a week but my trainer recommended adding 30 to 40 minutes on the treadmill. It started my weight loss up again and I finally am down to 199. Yessssss...... thanks for the encouraging word.
