Funny but when you mention it in that way, it made me realize that

the lymph is like the waste system on the Death Star, it collects

alot of gunk from everywhere and then it just sits there until the

system gets flushed out!

LOL...Anyway it is an interesting topic.

by the way , as Shari mentioned the rebounder is great for lymph

health. It also happens to be the easiest thing to implement for

lymph flushing.. you just have to USE IT (which is why i mentioned

earlier that i got one)
