Guest guest
Suzi, I don't have any particular quantities so here's what I posted back in June but with a few modifications being the possible amounts. Marinara: soak sun dried tomatoes apprx. 2 hours in blender, pulsing only (turning on/off) add: Sun dried tomatoes -- start with 3, keeping water for later tomato (roma preferred)1-2 garlic - 1 clove onion (opt)(like the purple best)1 slice fresh basil/oregano pinch cayenne litle of tomato water to start the blending process Olive oil (I normally don't use, but you may try) HINT: Less is best in quantity as you can always add. I also use the Tribest Personal Blender as it works well for the quantity I need, but any blender works too. Use on salads, in pastas or even grains. Can place on cracker, add fresh veggies on top of sauce and call it " pizza. " Pasta: Using spirooli (a kitchen gadget that makes pasta and other things. See posts from yesterday and today. Zucchini-prefer 3 " width and the length longer the better as the strands will be long too. You can always cut the strands but you can't glue them together. Enjoy. carolg
