Anyone know of a good source for menthol crystals?

I think I saw some of that in my Mountain Rose herbal catalogue.

Hi Gayla,

I got mine at www.mountainroseherbs.com. , a well known name here. It made me think of a question I have... we added a few to steaming water to clear out our sinuses when stuffed up and boy is it strong stuff. Are we ok inhaling it?

Barb, I don't know about inhaling it. I would suppose so because it is in Vick's Vapor Rub and that is inhaled some. Maybe add just a tiny amount next time.

This would be funny if it were not so frustrating. Someone sent me a HUGE

file of something, forgetting I am on dial up. We just can't get anything
