Hi Rik

I used to suffer with both tennis/golfers

elbow.

My daughter bought me one of those magnetic

copper bracelets and bingo 3 months later no problems . . . and that was 6

years ago and still no problems. I mean my arm used to hurt just hanging from my

sides . . . Beats pill-popping anyday J

I am 62 years of age and I like to keep

very fit, using the famous “Bullworker X5” exerciser which

used to give me hell after a time, but when the bracelet came on the scene as I

said no more problems . . . Give it a go.

Hi Rik:

I use to have tennis elbow, it stops to bothering me when I decided to stop

playinng tennis in competitions, my stress levels were too high! Now I only

play tennis just for fun, and no more problems with my elbow.

If I had a Euro for every patient that came to my therapy clinic

with a copper/magnetic bracelet I would be a wealthy person now.

Don't rely for relief on one of these. It may help but don't count

on it.

You may need to do some work on the muscles that you are overusing

in your forearm and hey, seeing as this website is about eft (

although not many of the messages actually talk about eft) one would

imagine that this would be somwthing that you could try. Have you

tried tapping for it?

yes i have tried eft on my arm, but nada.....

but now that we are talking about shoulders as well, maybe i should

try there for starters and see if there is some relief. the problem

is that i have to use my arms, sometimes a lot, pumps up..... the most

sore spot is right on the tendon on my elbow, the muscles on my

forearm feel tender when i work.

crazy thing today, i really hit my other elbow hard, now i have two

banged up arms..........(O; i will survive! thanks, rik

Hi Rik again,

I did assume that you had tried

“Tapping” that is why I suggested you try the “Magnetic

Copper Bracelet” as an alternative, or even a back-up.

As an ex Piece-Work Plasterer I have used

my arms and shoulders to the extreme . . . Not counting my back and knee joints,

where you could not let tiredness come into the equation and in all British

weathers too.

Most Plasterers I know usually have one of

these bracelets...Why it works nobody knows? ... But do NOT let other PEOPLE dismiss this as a non-runner!

In the meantime Rik, keep “Tapping”

it does work I promise . . . persistence pay’s off.

Hi,

The comment about banging up your other elbow really caught my

attention. Take a moment, go into a quiet place where you will be

uninterrupted and allow yourself to begin to relax. As you take a

nice deep breath, deep into your belly and then again into your

chest, as you begin to exhale, allow yourself to go inside and get

in touch with your inner wisdom. Ask yourself these questions and

just allow the answer to come to you. It's the first thing that pops

into your head and just go with it. Listen, feel, sense the answer

(s) and other thoughts or questions that may arise. " What is it that

I'm trying to avoid? " " Is there a direction in life that I'm

uncomfortable with or afraid of? " " What new experiences are in the

forefront of my life that I may be afraid of or trying to side step? "

" What direction in life should I be looking to or what new

experience in life should I be embracing? "

Once you get the answers/responses to this information then you can

take it to the next step. Let me know the outcome of this exercise

and we'll discuss it further and I'll suggest to you what I would do

if you were my client. Peace & Light, Kathleen

banged my elbow on the zamboni i drive on, it ran out of gas and i

leaned over to check the valve and when i went back into my seat, i

really slammed hard into a metal corner nexrt to the steering wheel,

mind you, i'm still driving on the ice, trying to not fall off and

not crash into the wall (O; haha, needless to say i was a bit PO,

but hey, i'm ok now, just thought it was funny (later on) to walk

around with two bangged up elbows. thanks for the suggestion, rik

Glad to hear it but if in the near future you seem to come to a fork

in the road, one which requires you to make some decisions, changes,

creating new direction and experiences ... well then this just might

point to something different???

Metaphysics are always fun and interesting to consider and if you

are self-healing with techniques that can utilize the information,

all the better. If you are an EFT-er, you might even apply the

possibility to help the elbow that was first injured? If you aren't

an EFT-er, it was just something to ponder as a possibility.

Again, glad to hear that you still have humor in your voice and day!

Peace, Kathleen
