I ordered from GNC through drugstore.com. I got Liquid Protein

Supplement which is also titled pro performance. It is a clear liquid,

bright red and flavored like fruit punch. I personally think it is

delicious. I have mixed it in gatorade (orange), sugar free Tang,

applejuice, flavored bottled water and also just plain tap water.

That way it seems like a variety but it is very simple and I am not

hungry.

I also have a supply of Unjury protein (unjury.com) which is ok for

the second two week period--full liquids and they have individual

packets available which will be easy for work. I like their taste

too; but then I always liked Dr. Atkins stuff and don't even mind the

Walmart Whey protein powder.

Try several BEFORE surgery so you can stock up on what you like.

I am really enjoying the rapid weight loss of this clear liquid phase

(although it makes for liquid stools too--for me anyway).

Hi Gloria,

Thanks for all your help. The web-sites you gave will come in handy.

I CAN'T wait for my surgery date to get here,(Feb.17th,2006).. This

has been a LONG HARD road for me.. Growing up I NEVER had to worry

about being overweight. I was always at the other end of the scale.

Well that is until I had our babies.. We have 5 children, a true

blessing for my husband and myself. Then I found out I have PCO while

trying to conceive our 4th. baby,(with no luck..). We finaly had to

go to IVF, we were in it for the long haul when we found out that we

conceived in the first round.. Then when our little girl was born I

decided to go in and have a tummytuck and a breast reduction, well

low and behold I got pregnant again and all 10,000$ went right down

the drain.. Not that I mind, I'd do it all over again to have our

5th. baby a little girl. But now it's time for me

and my health.

I hope I have as much success as everyone on this site..

Once again, Thanks

Donna
