Guest guest
Health food store local but surely has to be more expensive than many resources online to choose from. I usually go with on-line for supplements. Depends on what it is. I recently bought a 16 oz. bottle of liquid lecithin at a local store and paid $4.80 for it. I'm sure it would have been more expensive if I ordered it on-line since I would have to pay shipping. It's a heavy item compared to most bottles of vitamin capsules. I put some in when baking bread. Of course it's also fine to mix some in water/juice as a supplement. For a bottle of lecithin capsules I would order on-line from iherb.com or totaldiscountvitamins.com. OR Swanson Vitamins. I usually check all 3 when I need something. Gloria

Guest guest
Health food store local but surely has to be more expensive than many resources online to choose from. I used to use it in my baking as it had a buttery flavor, but it's been so long so having a flash back. Can't even remember the last time I used my oven, so no cleaning to have to worry about but that may change soon as I want to make a lasagna recipe and it could take forever without the oven....dehydrating just won't cut it. Right now back to cleaning and decluttering. Off I go...little progress showing yet. I surely thought my Fannie Farmer Cookbook, hard cover, would reap some benefits, but when I see a buck starting at from the Amaz. site, then I am quick to say donate so it's the donation box now. I don't have reason to look at it as I eat differently anyway. Haven't even dug out all the homemade soap I made few years back, that look greater and I still use them. They may not last forever with the oils, but still they do work well--shea and maybe cocoa butter..at least one or the other....OMG so much money invested on hobbies that didn't yield any bucks but tried.... carolg~~~~ Back to the decluttering mode....Suzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Hi I order most of my vitamins from http://www.totaldiscountvitamins.com/Default.asp I also use www.herbalcom.com but they don't carry lecithin. suziTataindi <tataindi@...> wrote: Hello, Would you please tell me where can I get Lecithin from?
