Guest guest
Hey Vickie. Thanks for the pep talk. I can’t wait to be under 200 pounds. It’s been years! I bet you did cry, as will I when I get there. I was so excited to see 215 lbs, that I stood naked as a jay bird in the bathroom bawling like a crazy woman. It was a beautiful thing. I already feel successful. Anything after this will just be the low fat whipped topping on top. Keep up the good work, you make us proud. Hi, well its been an awsome 8 months. I'm down 70 pounds and 5 pant sizes. God almighty that feels so, so good. I was reading the new bandster posts and remembering those first few weeks. Yikes was that hell or what!! I almost forgot!! I have great restriction and plan to keep it that way. I doubt I'll have to fill anytime soon. I'm at 3.4 in a 4cc band but I hear it can be filled to 5cc if needed. The weight loss has slowed however, I lost a pound over the holiday I dident gain any so you wont hear any complaints outa me. I also belive I needed time to ajust to getting under 200 pounds I sat at 201 for weeks. It has been 35 years since I saw that number and it was scary I cryed and tryed to convince myself I could stay at that weight and be happy. " Bullwacky " I'm down to 190 and way way happier! If any other wonderful bandsters read this keep on keepin on its really a walk worth taking even with the occassional sliming. Best wishs, Vickie May 13th 2006 260/190/

Guest guest
Hey Vickie: So nice to hear about your fabulous success. WOW 70 pounds...you are truly amazing and I'll bet it feels wonderful. I am still struggling with my loss. I have not lost one pound for about 5 months....YIKES...feels weird to say that. Something is very wrong....probably me!!! I know this band works for most everyone and feel that it will still work for me. I am definitaly a SSLLOOOW loser. My family say that I am eating small amounts but they must not be small enough for weight loss. I am trudging ahead and still feel that this was one of the best decisions I have made....it just hasn't " kicked in " for me yet. BEING VERY VERY PATIENT!!! Guest guest
Hey Eileen I hope you ad a good Holiday I see you havnt lost Ne More but just think you havnt gained either and with out the band it may have been a different story. You have had 3 fills maybe you just are not filled enough. what is your band filled to just curious. I was wandering what happend to all the other girls that had the band at the time we did. well my progress slowed a little too but I seem to let it be for 2 wks and then increase my time at the gym and I get another kick start. I made my 125 goal on Dec 21st and now I am 122 I am now working toward a 115 goal and then i have alot of toaning to do but I feel great and wish everyone the best of luck no regrets here. Oh Bernadette is 150 she started 240 so she is doing great I have never seen her so skinny anyways if there is anyhting I can do to help let me know. I will tell you I was too full at one time and lost a quick 10 pounds and had to go get an unfil but I am here if you wanna chat. Good luck ok keep your head held high Leona DOB 5/12/06 198/122/115Eileen <eileenrpr@...> wrote: Hey Vickie:So nice to hear about your fabulous success.
