This is a good source of protien and my husband has been making it for years.

Glen's Eggnog

In a blender put:

4 cups of milk, 4 eggs, 3 tbsp sugar (or 2 pkg of sweetnlow) and 1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well..makes 4 servings.

Dawnita's Pudding

1 c water, 1 c milk, 2 sc. soy protien powder, blend well.

Then mix your sugarfree pudding mix and allow to set up as usual.

Each 1/2 c serving gives you 11g of protien and is still less than 100 calories!

I haven't tried it with the plain whey protien yet, but I bet it will work just as well.
