Hi

To summarize...

Diets of all type extreme, radical, mild and wild work about as well post op

as they did preop!

i.e. not at all to not much.

Should you eat fat and sugar like crazy? No.

Relax, enjoy the miracle, eat healthy and follow the supplement advice in

the Manual.
