Guest guest
Hello Elaine The Mini-RNY is for people that have no money for the MGB and do have insurance that will pay for the RNY We feel strongly that the RNY is in general a flawed surgery with high rates of complications and weight regain. In people that have no other option we do offer to do the best RNY we can DrR From: TrustTime@... [mailto:TrustTime@...] Sent: Wednesday, January 17, 2007 11:47 PM DrR@... I have another question for you I have noticed on the site ( group) that you also perform a Mini- RNY. How different is this surgery from the Mini-gastric bypass - i.e.: recovery time, surgery length and how different is it from the (? full RNY). Difference is cost? thanks again for your response. Guest guest
I have no insurance, (and very little money) I have been trying to get together the money for the surgery for the last year, though. I was wondering what the cost of the mini-RNY costs? I may have to just continue to try to save the money for MGB, but wondered if the mini-RNY was less?
