Hello My Dear Bandster Buddies,

I have an NSV to share that almost made my cry (happy tears) yesterday afternoon.

I was sitting at the computer reading the posts on this site. Just as I was done and getting up from the chair, my 6.5 year old son Ethan came running down the hall and threw his arms around me. He quickly stepped back and then did it again. He stepped back again, smiled from ear to ear and exclaimed "Mommy! I fit you" meaning he could put his arms around me and grasp his finger together behind me!. He's never been able do that before. He was almost more excited than me!

Still smiling...

I am so excited for you!! I can't wait until my youngest, 5, is able

to do that. She's my biggest fan. Just last week, she said, " Mama,

your bottom is getting smaller. " From anyone else, I would have been

insulted but from my daughter, it was great. Regina Hello My Dear Bandster

That is an awesome NSV Liz!!!! It's great to see just the simple

things such as a hug mean so much to those around us and how much of

a booster it is to our weight loss journey. Thanks for sharing that

NSV. Like I say, it's the smallest things that mean the most, a hug

from a child, the ability to play on the ground with a child without

hurting and just having energy to spend on them. It's all good!!!

Take Care and Keep up the great work!
