I keep them in my car when I need something and don't want to hit a restaurant or, God forbid, a fast food joint (we know how easy it is to do that). They have come in VERY handy while out and about. Glad things are going well for you. I am heading to Mexicali on Thurs for my 5th fill. We will see if this one works....IT BETTER!!! I was banded in January and I have lots of learning to do yet. 2 days in a row now, I have gone through the drive through of fast food places for my kids while we are running. I have wanted to get something but can't seem to make a healthy choice - so of course I steal a few of my 2 yr olds fries I could get these bars and keep them in the van, then when I need something I would have it right there. Anyone else have any tips for this situation, do you just keep a bar or something with you or what is your strategy??Thanks for the help. It will be nice for you to see the crew again! :-) and I hope and pray for you that you get the restriction you are seeking. I know you have been a little frusturated not getting any restriction. so I hope this time is the charm for you!! :-) I am still way restricted. It is looser than it was, but some days I am still pretty tight. If you are still hungry...the salad is $1.00....WoW a full dinner for a little over 2 bucks...What a deal!!! I love that stuff and it is low cal and low fat! actually I make chicken chilli at home alot now too.
