Guest guest
DH's cousin sent something from the Healthy Hearts Club about Heart and Body Extract. It is supposed to "prevent heart attacks, help in stabilizing blood pressure, lowers cholesterol, unclogs plugged arteries, relives angina, helps improve circulation". It has garlic, hawthorne, coleus, motherwort, bilberry, butcher's broom, mistletoe, kelp, ginger, cayenne and alcohol. I was thinking of making some, since they want $50 for a 1 month supply. (OUCH) I was going to use equal amounts of herbs. Any ideas or suggestions? Guest guest
I would use 1/2 of the rest on the mistletoe if it were me. like a 1/2 part with the rest being 1 part.. don't know about coleus though maybe 1/2 on that too. Or take the herbs such as hawthorne, garlic, cayenne, ginger, as 1 part and the rest a 1/2 part. Just my thoughts on it... Guest guest
Hi Gayla, A healthy change in diet and lifestyle can accomplish all of that. Why utilize a supposed something or other that is not natural? Only the body, all by itself, has the ability to do all of this if we just allow it. There is nothing that will assist this. Many people have taken so called miracle wonders until they died, usually of that which they thought they were trying to prevent. If your DH's cousin is truly worried about what you listed then he/she will probably attract it and suffer from it. Why not change the outlook, diet and lifestyle and learn to truly live without taking so called magic bullets. Guest guest
Don, the change must be from the inside. But I know not everyone is ready for that commitment. Sometimes a small external booster will help push the person in the right direction. That is my hope. Guest guest
Yes, I guess you are right. We all started with that small external booster in the beginning of our journey. One thing leads to another and eventually we end up at truth. Don Gayla wrote: > Don, the change must be from the inside. But I know not everyone is ready > for that commitment. Guest guest
It's amazing how simple this is, Don...and also amazing that very few people get it. Law of Attraction means you attract what you think about...you become what you think about every day. Just about every master has said this same thing, and people still think they can find the answers somewhere outside themselves in some magic bullet. Maybe it's just too simple??
