I just went thru a bout with this. If it's really bad, like swollen

and inflammed. Feels like a sunburn. If you get any whiteheads,

helichrysum applied neat to them, makes them disappear in a couple

days, with no mark left. Helichysum hysrosol helped tremendously too.

I had a small spray bottle to which I added lavender, carrot seed

oil, and geranium. Sprayed that two or three times a day.

cea is almost certainly caused by proliferation of demodex, a mite that lives in the pores and carries bacteria that contribute to skin irritation.

I have a friend who has been taking the MMS baths on a regular basis with excellent results. She has suffered from rosacea for many years. On a hunch, she decided to see if the baths would help with rosacea so has been putting her face right down into the water for as long as possible. Today she reported the rosacea is almost a thing of the past. She’s convinced it’s caused by some sort of organism.
