I heard just a little on the tongue does it.

For a heart attack you'd better pour half a bottle down their throat! I know someone who had to do it and yep...it stopped the attack. But in circumstances like that it takes more than just a drop on the tongue. You literally have to pour a cayenne solution (tincture or powdered cayenne in water) down their throat. A serious dosage for a serious emergency.

I think it was a Dr. article that said just putting it on the tongue dry, but if you heard water, not sure if we always have water with us.

I remember Dr. Schulze telling the story of how he saved a guy's life (his heart had actually stopped) by pouring it down his throat. And a friend of mine stopped his own heart attack by guzzling down some cayenne tincture. I would go with more, not less, in this situation.

make a tincture... it's easy and you can store it in bottles. and carry a small one in your purse.

Carol...if you need some cayenne tincture I'll send you some. I made a bunch of it. You can wear a vial of it around your neck so your husband remembers to give it to you;-).

Bottles...can be purchased at health food store, ebay too...

I got some boxes of brown dropper bottles on eBay. When you make tinctures make sure you get LOTS of quart glass jars with lids. You can fill them up fast!

Cayenne is good for circulation too so figured a tincture could be great for scalp stimulation too. Why not?

Might work. But then again, if it works, why is Dr. Schulze bald?? lol!

Maybe he forgot to try his cayenne tincture on his scalp...who knows....

Or maybe he tried cayenne and it didn't work. ;-). Baldness is a tough one. If I could find a simple cure for baldness I'd be set for life! I'd be a zillionaire!

Suzi, I hope putting it in a plastic bag will not accumulate moisture as I am thinking small. Maybe I need to "borrow" a small container from Whole Foods or another salad bars area that is for the salad dressings. You know I am laughing but I would feel horrible if I saw someone in the street who had a heart attack, waiting for the ambulance, when I could have maybe pulled out my cayenne. I'm not saying I have had experience with this, but always worth a try if I can help someone. I heard just a little on the tongue does it. carolgSuzanne <suziesgoats@...> wrote: Put a big label on it that says "For heart attacks" - Pour down throat" LOL Suzi PS and place it in the open somewhere

Gloria, Easy on the special spices but I don't use much hot stuff in my cooking or UNcooking. My tongue is sensitive because of that razor blade tooth that is leaving this mouth hopefully Thurs--out of pocket expense sadly too at the moment. Thanks for offer. Hugs, carolgMorningGlory113@... wrote: How sweet of you to offer. Save a little bit as I may take you up on the offer. I'll send

some out tomorrow. But be prepared...it's HOT stuff!!Do you like hot spices? I work with an Ethiopian woman and she taught me how to cook some of her native food. She gave me a bunch of an Ethiopian spice called Berbere which I love. Has cayenne in it. If you like cooking with hot spices I'll send some of that along too.Gloria

You become a hot head? Really though, it

would probably help the circulation in the scalp if you have thinning hair do

to poor circulation there.
