Guest guest
I especially like the rosemary smudge! I was looking at my rosemary tree, yes it's up to tree status just yesterday thinking I need to cut it back, but was not sure what to do with all of it. Anybody want some? Guest guest
Well, Shari, if no one takes you up on it.. I will, my pour rosemary bush is small and this has not been a great summer for my herbs.. SuziSV <shavig@...> wrote: I especially like the rosemary smudge! Guest guest
" Do you cook with rosemary? It is such a geat spice... " Well, seeing as I don't have a stove.......................... I use it in raw recipes, though. Here's a new one I learned on Sunday..... cover bottom of gallon jar with goji berries add orange zest, 1/2 vanilla bean, sprig of rosemary, and rose petals. Cover all with water about half way up the jar and let sit on counter. Drink throughout the day. The next day I decanted it into a water bottle and took with me. I refilled the jar and put in the refrigerator and I'll let you know if it has any flavor or not. The flavor is very subtle, but very refreshing. Guest guest
Talking about air freshners. I read that they are a form of nerve gas. They work on the premise that with the first whiff it disengages or "burns" your sense of smell so you don't smell anything but the artificial aroma. Guest guest
I discovered quite by accident that it roots easily. I had cut off more than I needed for a recipe and stuck the leftover branch in a glass of water. Two weeks later the branch has roots! My rosemary (small tree<G>) will be dug up and transplanted to my new home, to take residence in the existing herb garden there. Sharyn SV <shavig@...> wrote: I especially like the rosemary smudge! Guest guest
I honestly can't remember it's been so long. I was getting tired of eating them like raisins so they've been sitting in the cupboard for about a year. Sorry. I'm taking another class on August 20th from the same guy and can check then or I can call him if you are interested. Shari
Guest guest
I'll find out, but you can always go to www.rawfoods.com and check their prices. I've got another site I'll track down that's supposed to have the best prices around. I think I got macca from them, but can't remember the details.
